My babygirl absolutely loved her whole party!!! From singing with Chuck E., eating great pizza, having an awesome birthday celebration led by our amazing host, and going in the ticket blaster with mommy! We all had a blast! Our host Edna was phenomenal, she helped me set up, walked me through the party plan, was constantly checking up on us, and took care of food, cake, ice cream and all! She also took care of the cl... What Alta Brekke doesn't like about Chuck E. Cheese:
Two stars because my kids still had fun, but I spent $300 for two pizzas and 5 cards for the kids to play and not enough tickets for 3 pieces sweets (fruits) oh yes and $25 for 6 wings they discount $2 tho? View all feedback.

Service is always good here. How can you not enjoy seeing children have fun! Pizza was surprisingly good (pizza hut standards). Could be my favorite fast food pizza!
This is one of the best places for a birthday celebration. The atmosphere is welcoming, beautiful, clean and orderly. The servants are top of the class. Our servant, GG Giselle, provided some of the best service I have ever received in a restaurant. She was very detailed when explaining food items and was very patient with the kids. When I return again to Chuck e Cheese, I will request her service.
It's Chuck E. Cheese. You no longer have the animatronic stuff that is kind of sad, just a dance video on a constant loop. Had a birthday party for my 7-year-old. Very suitable for this age, and the children all had fun. Costume mascot came for ten minutes nites for a photo op with the children, then disappeared. Children had unlimited game during the party, so no daddy needed more money, which was a great improvement... Pizza was better than expected.. Salad bar looked pretty bad... Children had all dipping dots for desert as part of the party package. Lemonade and fruit stamps... The staff was good at their jobs. Games all worked... place was clean... Overall, great place for a child's party. But I miss the animatronic stuff.
Ok, I worked at a Chuck e cheese for some time, so I know what the customer service should be. That being said, it was lacking at this location. Ed was a cool guy, and Jacob at the front door was absolutely phenomenal greeting kids. Giselle however had absolutely no personality and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Not even a smile or a simple hello. Just right down to business and very mopey. They also played a lot of mexican kids songs which was extremely unappealing. It's hard to dance around with your kids when you can't understand what is being said. On the other hand the facility was clean and the pizza was as it always is. If you want a five-star experience, just go to another location.... Coming back a few months later, the staff still seems sedated. Nobody has a personality here, and they are not really friendly with the kids
