I visited them last weekend and I need to say that the facility itself it's quite inviting and you can have a great time.I ordered the Salt & Pepper calamari, they were very tasty, but a few calamari strips and lots of fried stuff. Sorry to have to say that this was a terrible experience. Nice place, well jntentioned staff, terrible meal. I can only attribute this to pooor mangement. I had a shrimp dish and the Shrinp was dried out, chewy and I do not understand hoow yiu can possibly overcook shrimp. We ate here dinner while we were in merida. it is on the back of alta brisa mall and was a little hard to find (the shopping center has a lack of directory). the inner esszone was ice cold, the outside was warm, but preferred....We had two appetizers and both were good. we split a entree (singapor style reisnudel) and it was so/so. the service was good. the prices were a bit high, but the quality was in the ground, okay, not sure we would eat here again. merida has a large selection of restauranes in the city.
Since there is one because since we visited this place, decided it was time to give him another try. I have to say it was largely a disappointment. my friends always enjoy certain elements on their menu very much as their amazed suppntee. it was good, but really lacked in the taste of this trip. the other items were good and especially enjoyed the sushi we ordered. while I have never found the service here to be spectacular, this time it was completely missing. when we needed something, she had always made a disappearing act. So we had to ask the help of another server and they didn't seem particularly happy to help us. I enjoy their flavored iced teas that come with unlimited refills. but of course this depends on whether they can locate their server. all in all a very disappointing experience and it will be a time until we visit again.
I have had mixed experiences on my visits to this restaurant and for the most part, this was a good visit. For me the best part was our waiter who managed to pace the service so that the courses arrived one by one. In the...past this is been a problem with the service at this restaurant. To me it is really important not to have everything arrive at the same time. We had two of our favorites, the wonton soup and the Mongolian beef. Both were very good dishes, as they have always been. We have experimented with many things but always return to these. Only two complaints. I have always found the hostesses who seat you here to be a bit pretentious and nothing has changed there. The other problem was the person who continuously tried to clear plates from our table before we were finished. While it can be annoying to have the empty dishes on the table, I find it more annoying to have someone constantly trying to remove plates. All in all a good experience and I would continue to recommend.
Everything about our experience was really good and most important of the food was excellent. We will definitely be back.
We had a really nice evening here, service was good and quickly served, food was good although dim sum was over cooked but all round we enjoyed our food
