Good food, the menu is basic but correct. The dessert was really not something to highlight. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Let's go in parts... It is obvious that because it is a busy place, there will be delays both in entering a gastronomic place and in the service.... What cannot happen is that: 1. They make you enter (there were 8 of us) and they leave you standing for 10 minutes due to lack of chairs.. 2. The service is so terrible that they don't provide you with the minimum things like bread, toppings and everything that every table should have... (if you guessed it... I had to go out and look for everything that was missing) 3. The food took 1 hour and 30 minutes... (I took the time).. REGRETTABLE!! NOT just time. The quality left something to be desired... raw pasta... dry and hard meats... I honestly do NOT plan to return Finally, I must say that I asked to speak with the manager or manager and he was not there... if there were a number of complaints, do not hesitate to call! .. my problem was not reading about this place before.... P.S. If they are smaller in quantity, perhaps they will serve them faster and at least have the decency to give them and provide them with a decent service..... The cost is according to the place.... But the service... quality and speed... never seen before... But you learn from everything... For those who came this far reading... And decide to go... I sincerely hope that they serve you better... Ugly experience with children and older adults...NEVER AGAIN...
Today at noon we agreed with my wife to go eat at the hot springs restaurant. We waited patiently for 45 minutes at the door because it was a high-demand date which is understandable. We enter 1.45, we sit down and a lady brings us the letter. Our order takes 1.50, which consists of an appetizer (a provoleta) and a main course plus soft drinks. 1.55 the soda arrives, after waiting half an hour more (2.35) the burnt provoleta arrives. Fifteen minutes later (2.50) a new provoleta with excess oil (they don't know how to cook a provoleta). After waiting 20 more minutes (3.10) we decided to leave without being able to try the main dish. To our right there was a couple with a months-old baby who waited the same amount of time, I left indignant because they were not even able to attend to that couple with a child who behaved wonderfully (he didn't even cry). I will not try to eat at that restaurant again. Lots of pints and few nuts.
