Crotto Ghiggi - Villa di chiavenna

We were looking for someplace to eat on our way back to Lake Como and decided to take a chance. I had the meat sampler two different types of sausage (very good) ribs (good) steak (good) pork, lamb, and venison. Mixed grilled vegetable and potatoes. Along with a great atmosphere.

Great local food, very light and well presented. Makes for a great experience. The wine selection is also great and affordable and the tourist market offers gems from the local food selection that everybody should try.

Been here before but I thougth I leave another review as we had excellent food again. Sciatt (local fries cheese balls), pizzocheri, risotto, meat and dessert all very good. Quick and friendly service. As the sun was shining we sat outside which makes for an even better experience. Will visit again.
