Giorgio is a lot for merlo, a place where the lomito is venerated with bier by litern. the population is very unlikely, so giorgio is like a lonely star. menu is simple, but very beautiful presented. waiters are young, but very professional and well prepared. Only...dark place is the wine card, with only two wineries and very expensive good weeping. they are not everyday weeping. they need to add more variety and some daily offers. very satisfied with this option in the rustic city.

On a family trip to merlo a few years ago (2010,) we passed this nice looking restaurant, not by a recommendation. the result. very perfect. my ten-year-old son estimates this place as one of the best meal times of his life. we wanted us to have it. great service, cleaner place and excellent homemade style eating. in every court you could feel that the place tried to please us.

Ambiente muy bueno. Atencion impecable. La comida de alto nivel con carta variada y sofisticada. La carne bien al punto y las pastas caseras con sabor a sus ingredientes. Carta de vinos bien, pero podria tener alguna bodega mas en lista. Postres muy buenos. Lo mejor que hemos probado en merlo luego de una semana en el lugar. Totalmente recomendable.
