What Johny Holm doesn't like about Al Carbon Parrilla Bar:
Al Carbon is a very typical Colombian barbecue restaurant. There is nothing fancy about the place but it gives a very local feeling - from the kitchen with the parilla upfront to the pebble stone floor. The portions typical of Colombia are very generous. C'est une brasserie ou on retrouve les plats typiques colombiens sans être révisites. Le poisson "bagre" , le riz au poulet, la langue et le poisson" mojarra" sont des exemples que ici l'on se sent en Colombie. L'Accueil et le cadre sont dambience familiale agréable.
