My experience at the burger restaurant was notably disappointing. Initially, we opted for the all-you-can-eat option, also ordering snacks from the menu. Surprisingly, the individual snacks took around 1 hour to be served, while in the rotation we faced a constant lack of essential items, which required frequent charges to the attendants. It is worth noting that, despite the delay, the snacks on the menu were delicious. However, the all-you-can-eat burger was excessively salty and dry, significantly compromising the overall quality of the meal. With the arrival of rain, we were forced to leave the table before finishing our meal. When looking for a solution at the cashier, the only option offered was to wait for an available table, ignoring the special circumstances of a baby, an elderly woman and a pregnant woman in our group. When trying to discuss an alternative to the situation, the attendant's attitude was completely disinterested. We were seated at a table for two people, and there were six of us, there were only 2 chairs. When the manager questioned the cashier, he said he was the manager and owner of the establishment, but his attitude towards the problems was clearly disappointing. Although the snacks on the menu were tasty, the overall experience was marred by the inexplicable delay, the lack of items in the rotation and the salty and dry burger, adding to the unsatisfactory service.

Terrible service, more than 2 hours for delivery, no response to WhatsApp, no answer to calls. Without respect for the customer, I don't recommend it to anyone. Service: 1
Terrible! Second time I've ordered from this burger place, I'm not going to lie that the first time (a year ago) went well, but today's one, they simply didn't deliver and didn't respond! We only ordered from this place because it was a holiday and it was the only one open, but it would have been better if they hadn't opened, as they wouldn't have been able to serve us. We ordered at 8:20 pm via Ifood, with expected delivery between 9:55 pm and 10:05 pm, but surprisingly, they didn't deliver and didn't respond to our various requests via Ifood chat, WhatsApp and Instagram. Holiday, nothing open, everyone hungry and we were successfully ignored. DISRESPECT and LACK OF EMPATHY with the customer, making it clear how much they only think about money, as they could have avoided all of this by just canceling at Ifood when they received the order!
