My expectations were exceeded by 2 key factors: The highly professional maitre d'hotel has that rare quality of being able to precisely describe (in English) what you are going to taste, smell, see. Last night I was in that luxury of Restaurant that is located on the top floor of Hotel Sheraton de Rio de Janeiro. The luxury of sober decoration and view of all Ipanema is already a good appetizer. Here you can not only choose from a letter..sino of two recognized chefs ... Jean Paul Bondoux and Emmanuel Serrano who have their dishes for several countries.
