Of the 15... read more Passed through Vila Do Conde for the short film festival, Curtas, in the summer and had the misfortune to have been recommended this disgusting dive. Of the 15 restaurants we visited in VDC this was the only one that induced nausea and beyond. First of all they allow SMOKING in the dining area in 2019, is this even legal in Portugal. Secondly the place had the distinct odor of roach spray and was obviously not cleaned in the light of day for a very long time. Worst of all was the sheer arrogance of the staff, they were inattentive and just didn’t seem to care about their customers in the least. Eat here at your peril, better yet seek out any one of the myriad other better options in VDC
