Who had the 'brilliant ' idea to change the flow of the restaurant? Totem is terrible, the portion is small, the day I bought the egg it had a strange smell!! The chain itself is good, delicious food. But the service at this unit is terrible. 2 totem machines to place the order are not enough. Ads and so on keep appearing. An older person does not know how to use it and the wait becomes unbearable.
