Do Peixe - Vila Arens

I had an unpleasant experience with the restaurant. I placed an order through IFood, choosing the scheduled delivery option that was available. I chose the time from 12:30 to 13:00 for delivery. The restaurant, however, sent the order early. They came at 12pm, a time when I wasn't home and was driving. The delivery man tried to contact me via Ifood chat and, as I didn't respond, my order was canceled without a refund. I tried to contact the restaurant to try to resend the order, even if I had to pay new shipping, and the restaurant didn't pay any attention. Even though I explained that the order had a scheduled delivery that was not fulfilled. There was no effort on the part of the restaurant to talk to me and try to adjust the situation in a way that would be good for both sides.
