Burger King - Viking

Comical operation, forgot the bacon on a burger, it wasn't noticed until 2 bites in, when pointed out they took it back to the kitchen where the bacon was dropped on top of the burger bun. The order placed behind us was all messed up and I believe they ended up with 2 extra orders of fries. But my favorite part was when a staff member was washing his face and proceeds to walk through the counter area drying off with a foot long trail of paper towel. Food was not great. The sign says they're open and the lights are on but they just keep screaming that they are closed and that it's not reopening. The staff seem to hang out in the store nextdoor eating snacks and screaming at customers instead of making food and money. My advice keep driving to the next rest stop... Online ordering never works and they are unwilling to honour the online specials and will angrily demand you pay full price. 3 years in a row this location is a train wreck, 3 years in a row and does not seem to want to fix it or any of the ongoing unworking problems. 3 years and still going!!!! 3 years!! The Staff member who is supposed to be working the till, Is too busy sweeping the floor out front of the counter while there is 3 of us customers waiting. Very slow and poor service. If you can avoid this place, I would. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
