The place specializes in octopus... read more As it often happened, we had a meal in this bar since we were desperately hungry and Bar Aldeana was located next to our hotel. The place specializes in octopus they grill it right there. However, the waiters (who are also owners are quite...arrogant and it seems as if they are doing you a favor if they agree to serve you food. They had no menu, they said that the tapas menu was written on the wall. My husband ordered octopus (polpo), but it was not in the menu, so the price euros for a small portion) took us by surprise. I took a simple potato tortilla. Luckily the wine was cheap and quite drinkable so we were not completely bankrupt

I think the normal tortilla can be better. we ordered a mediana of pulp. the quality was ok, but the part was small and very expensive euro for only a small plate of pulpo. we have never seen a menu or prices. I would probably recommend going somewhere else, I am sure that they cheaper pulpo just as good or better somewhere, we are in galicia finally.
