I've been to Mr. Nicola for years and every time it's an exciting surprise. raw material is of higher level and preparation is a symbiosis of simplicity and refinement. in my humble opinion the best Vietnamese restaurant. it is not luxurious but it is true, real and synergistic with the food it offers. the success he deserved. thanks to nicola and his kind daughter in the hall.
