The service is top notch, and the food was one of the most well executed we’ve enjoyed in Italy. The waiter began by presenting us an iced tray of four fish choices and then suggested was to be a unique culinary high. We were served three dishes all incorporating the snapper of our choice, and each preparation was different, allowing us to appreciate the subtle differences of flavor and the wonderfully creative skills of the chef. A carpaccio with caramelizar onion, a pasta with cooked and raw fish, and at the end a roasted, tender fillet of our snapper served atop a purée of potatoes and porcinis. No sauces to mask the exquisite flavors—just a truly fresh, fantastic ultimate foodie feast. Mile grazie!!
