You can't say you've been to Vieste without having passed by De Simio: the farmhouse is very well known in Vieste, quiet, with comfortable and abundant parking. Excellent dishes and satisfying portions woe betide you if you miss the starter. We go to visit them every time we return to Vieste: my wife has celiac disease, and they have always done everything not to disappoint her, offering her gluten free alternatives....
