the Saint-Maurice is now a French and family-run brasserie next to the cathedrale. it is a charming typical French bar/restaurant with typical menus and a la carte dishes. very good look at the money: a four-course dinner costa 22euros and they can sit outside with magnificent views of the cathedrale. very friendly staff, good service and fresh simple kitchen. of course not the top-gourmet, but a real sound. We find the restaurant by accident. we were hungry and mesmerized by the beauty of St Maurice cathedral. we decide to find a a place to eat nearby and we choose this restaurant. they have a very good food. I'm going through the place and I'm going in for a simple and quick meal. a menu displayed at 14 € seems reasonable. In truth, the meal is not good, the decoration without interest, the reception more than average and the room fills the smells of bad cuisine (friture) and other perfumes. In short, an experience that even chance will not make me renew.
A chance for this restaurant that in Aout, it is one of the only establishment open in the area!salade minable, industrial sauce, low-end goat bucket on rassi bread...And in prime waitress neglected and whose smile is optionally apparel.fuy!

I made fried mussels. small, mostly closed, flesh glued to shell, disgust. the half lukewarm exchanged by white vinegar. I'm gone to find another place.
