Good potential but disappointing experience overall. The dishes were tasty and balanced, not too heavy, but there was too much microwaving involved, including the pita bread. A decent quick vegetarian bite but far from spectacular. Luckily not pricey. The high rating puzzles me though View all feedback.
What can I say? Perfect score. If you visit Vienne in Isère, France (and you really ought to visit Vienne; there's so much to see), take the time to eat at this small, quiet restaurant, tucked away in a shaded side street. First, it's open during August! Anyone who has tried to dine out in non-coastal France in August knows that this is exceptional. Second, the food is excellent. Beautifully spiced Lebanese mezze with vegetarian and vegan options. The best eggplant I've ever had in my life, no joke. The amicable chef/owner welcomes customers (he speaks fluent English), helps serve the tables and chats to everyone. The prices are correct for the quality and quantity of food and the atmosphere is simple and relaxed. There is terrace seating for you to enjoy the pleasant Vienne evening. Highly recommended!

I went to this restaurant with friends, but what a great time! The cuisine is delicious, homemade, full of flavors, a delight in every bite. And the boss Omar is an extremely welcoming and jovial person! We loved his welcome, we will come back without hesitation.
