Run by former head baker at three -Michelin- star restaurant in Vienne, which is easily noticable in the quality of products. Located in the very centre of historic Vienne, near the ancient ruins of the temple. The variety of artisan breads and baguettes baked in place is big but Bucheron (special mixed flour bread with grains) and baguette grand siegle are absolutely to die for! There is also a wide range of sweets available, from which brioche aux pralines (typical from that region) and tartelette au citron are must-haves.
I paid $140 to bite into a piece of glass that was found in one of my dishes.
Very disappointingCame here for dinner following a recommendation from a colleague.
We chose this restaurant when planning our trip to Lyon, based on its Michelin-star rating, location, and ease of making advance reservations online.
