Tuesday this place is incredible. in an amazing luxuriant courtyard we were completely surprised by the Japanese/Austrian fusion we tasted. all Japanese aromes, but with local products must be an absolute one. the cook personally came out to welcome us, they tell us his story and make sure we enjoyed our time at his place. all of you! There is really nothing Japanese about this place. The flavors are more like really bad Chinese food: ketchup, tomato, and sugar. The vegetable tempura batter was heavy, thick, floury, and fried in old oil. We tried both the miso and umami dashi soups. There were no recognizable Japanese flavors in either.
