There used to be a great Vapiano near my uni in Amsterdam, but since then all my experiences with them have been bad. This branch was the worst. The pizza caprese I got had a watery sauce, making the pizza dough soaked through in the centre. The cook who took my order lost his patience with me when I didn't see right away where to scan my card. My fiancée ate a half hour later than me because she decided to get pasta... Das Essen war sehr gut, einzig und allein die Wartezeit könnte weniger sein. Die Köche hinter der Theke sind zum Teil maßlos überfordert, da sie zu zweit etliche Bestellungen abarbeiten müssen. Ansonsten schönes Restaurant mit schönem italienischem Flair inmitten Wiens.
Wie alle Vapiano Restaurants mit schönem Ambiente. Bedienung freundlich, meine Pizza war groß und lecker. Auch wenn hier Gemütlichkeit das Motto ist, war die Wartezeit kurz. Rundum stehen Essig Öl und Gewürze kostenlos zur Verfügung. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.
Ein Vapiano wie beinahe jedes andere auch. Sauber und strukturiert. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war lecker und selbstverständlich, wie immer, frisch zubereitet. Das Ambiente im oberen Stockwerk ist angenehm und bietet eine schöne Aussicht Drumherum.
