SCAME ALERT!!! CHARGED 17€ FOR THE USE OF A FORK AND KNIFE..THAT WERE ALREADY ON THE TABLE.. CHARGED 10€ FOR BREAD SERVICES THAT WE DID NOT ORDER BUT THAT THEY BROUGHT TO THE TABLE... when I questioned the bill the server Lisa insulted us by saying the we obviously have never eaten in up scale restaurants. When we asked her to name another restaurant that charged 17€ to use a fork she said have you never been to Italy THEN on top of that....she (Lisa) complained and said is it not normal for to give a 10% tip in America I told her she would have gotten a 20% tip if she wasn 't running an extortion ring. We 're here for 6 more nights.... The front desk was horrified when I told them and showed them the bill. They documented everything ant took photos of the bill. Unfortunately the food and beverage manager was not in. We will be discussing this with him/her in person as soon as possible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
