Sin embargo, nos cobraron 30 €, pasando el cargo rápidamente y diciendo que, como somos españoles, debíamos pagar propina al personal. ¿Perdón? Pedimos hablar con el encargado y, al instante, nos devolvieron la diferencia cobrada de más. No sé si en este restaurante es una práctica habitual, pero en el resto del mundo esto es una estafa. Turistas: evitad este lugar a toda costa. Después de pasar una semana en Viena, puedo asegurar que hay muchos sitios con gente muy amable; esto NO es lo normal en la ciudad. Evitar. No vayáis. Scam. However, we were charged €30, with the payment rushed through and being told that, since we are Spanish, we had to tip the staff. Excuse me? We asked to speak to the manager and, immediately, they refunded the overcharged amount. I don’t know if this is a common practice in this restaurant, but in the rest of the world, this is a scam. Tourists: avoid this place at all costs. After spending a week in Vienna, I can assure you there are many places with very kind people; this is NOT normal in the city. Avoid it. Don’t go. Scam. Deutsch (alemán): Sie können die Rechnung sehen: eine Pizza für zwei Personen und zwei Biere, 27,70 €. Trotzdem wurden uns 30 € berechnet, wobei die Zahlung schnell abgewickelt wurde und man uns sagte, dass wir, da wir Spanier sind, dem Personal Trinkgeld geben müssten. Entschuldigung? Wir baten darum, mit dem Manager zu sprechen, und sofort wurde uns der zu viel berechnete Betrag zurückerstattet. Ich weiß nicht, ob das in diesem Restaurant üblich ist, aber im Rest der Welt ist das Betrug. Touristen: Vermeiden Sie diesen Ort um jeden Preis. Nachdem ich eine Woche in Wien verbracht habe, kann ich versichern, dass es viele Orte mit sehr freundlichen Menschen gibt; das ist NICHT normal für diese Stadt. Vermeiden Sie es. Gehen Sie nicht hin. Betrug.

Place looks nice, but the terrible service made it so unpleasant. After a long day of traveling, my partner and I just wanted to eat good Italian food. We wante... read more Place looks nice, but the terrible service made it so unpleasant. After a long day of traveling, my partner and I just wanted to eat good Italian food. We wanted to try somewhere new, so we went here. Ambiance of the place is good, so I had high hopes. I got carbonara and my partner ordered pizza. For drinks, he had Soda Zitrone and I just requested for tap water as I was thirsty and I don’t want to drink. The waiter came back with a glass of acqua panna mineral water. Before I could contest, he opened it and poured in front of me. I was too tired to have it changed. Food came. My carbonara was prepared with cream. I should have asked first because I thought with egg. My partner’s pizza was okay and not too flavourful. We requested chili oil. It took 2 times to request it from the waiter, and to think there were only two other tables to cater to that time. Overall, I just don’t recommend the place.
