The owner/ manager is an absolute incompetent, idiotic maniac that has no clue of gastronomic/ human handlings. I've never expected anything even similarly bad as this... This ruined the whole experience of Vienna for me.

The food was super delicious and the people working there were soooo kind. If you are in Vienna just go there and have an amazing dinner
