I felt we were in fact eating food made like they used to in 1890: , meaning likely recipe followed to the dot. I got the liver which seemed marinated in wine? fairly tasty. My son got the steak which was good. The Apple strudel we had better but that vanilla sauce was definitely the star of the meal. We felt it was a great choice of restaurant prior to the light show!
