Was Anonym at Shu Vienna a mag?
This is a really cool cafe/bike shop with a great atmosphere. I don't know anything about either but enjoyed checking out the cool retro biking memorabilia and the coffee is made with a Faema machine. My friend loved the coffee anyway! Felt very relaxed and felt I could have spent a whole afternoon chilling it here! View all feedback.

What evenstar1389 dislikes about Shu Vienna:
One time I came, I ordered the fish slices dish, and every slice of fish had bones in it, making it an annoying experience for me. Second time I came, the waitress did not let me put my water bottle (with just tap water in it) on the table even though we were already eating expensive hotpot. Ordering tap water from them does not make sense to me because the cost is for services of bringing the water to you and washin... View all feedback.

The Radlager is a mix of bike shop, a bar and a cafe. The coffee (Passalacqua! is maybe the best in Vienna, so are the snacks and the homemade cakes.

I recently met friends for dinner at Radlager. We sat out the back, which was perhaps not the best place to sit as the wait staff did not seem to pop out the back room so often and we would have ordered more from the menu if the wait staff had been more attentive. The food was good although not everything on the menu was available as we were told they were "sold out." If you like bicycles then you will appreciate this place and some of the vintage bikes they have on the walls. I liked the atmosphere and the staff were nice enough but just busy doing other stuff rather than serving.

Visited August 2021 for dinner. I hope they get the door fixed by now. They offer a big variety of Sichuan cuisine with some vegetarian options. The place was packed with chinese youngsters and from a quick glance it seemed like hot pot is the star at SHU. But we were a party of two and weren’t that hungry so we ended up ordering just a few plain dishes to try. Food was actually not bad even though nothing particularly stood out. Generous portion but if I do remember correctly rice is not included(? . I was actually a little disappointed with the eggplant because I was hoping for the long and slim ones but it turned out to be the big European eggplant. Regardless, it still was a good eat. Through out the evening I spotted the chef frequently coming out to check on customers. He even gave the hot pot folks some complimentary ground pork which is a really nice gesture. We were seated in a rather crappy spot but thanks to one of the waitresses who constantly pushed the door shut whenever someone walked in or out to make sure the cold air doesn’t penetrate our bones.

I ordered dumplings labeled with one fire, they were very tasty and not too spicy.
