this firma makes cheese from apricot seeds that were once rejected by farmers as a waste, but as they gain popularity, they actually buy from farmers now. there is a super creamy cheese that is like a flowering bark camembert style and it is amazing. I'm not actually a fan of vegan cheese, but I don't want to give up. with my friend I ordered the cheese plate and what should I say it was a manifestation. we also took two cheese in connection with the carrotenlax. even my friend of the “only” vegetarier lived was enthusiastic about the art and it was great that the nice lady could also tell us about the individual art. more so
The pepper ginny you find something hidden in the ballgasse in the first Wiener district. the pure vegan fine food shop offers a multi-course brunch menu at the weekend. the menu consists of carrot lox blinis, vegan eierspeis, granola with mandelyoghurt and to finish vegan cheese variation. There is a hot drink and a glass champagne or mimosa. the carrot lox are the trademark of pepper and ginny and a real highlight. as well as some other products are homemade. the consistency and taste really reminds of smoked salmon
It was all very delicious, but rather for a snack to good wine than for “satt eat”

A small restaurant you need to visit in Vienna. Few items on the menu, but it is worth trying everything
