I tried the Argentinian New Style burger, absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and full of flavor! But what truly made the visit special was the service. A big shoutout to Saboor, who was not only super friendly but also had us laughing the whole time with his great sense of humor! He really made our day. Thinking they had forgotten mine—and assuming my friend’s fries were part of an offer—I ordered fries again. Later, when the second portion arrived, it became clear there had been a mix-up. I explained the situation to the waitress (a young girl), but instead of apologizing, she told me we, as customers, should check our food ourselves. I found that response quite rude. She didn’t apologize, and she also said she couldn’t cancel the second fries order—so, of course, I had to pay for it. For me, it’s not about the money. It’s about how you treat your customers. I hope this feedback helps you realize that it’s your responsibility to get orders right—and that offering a simple apology when a mistake happens is not too much to ask. I've eaten the be... read more This Burgerplatz has improved so much that I could not believe it today. We are regular customers, but today they have done something magical. I've eaten the best burger of my life today. It was the hot and spicy. I had to tell the very nice and friendly and attentive waitress about my experience. That was a burger!!! Unbelievable. Although it sounds like a paid ad, it is certainly not. It's just my own experience.
