Tried a lot of specialty coffee roasteries that are based around Vienna and nomi has one of the best offerings and consistent roasts. I don't know what they do to develop their roast profile but its always on point and brings out the full potential of the bean! Tends to be more on the medium spectrum, and not super light though.
