Even more important that they than have people working for the brand that represent their goal and increase customer satisfaction. Unfortunately that was not the case today. Very rude and grumpy woman at the mattress/topper section who did not want to be bothered by answering questions. All we got out of her was yes and no . No help, no smile, just us guessing in the dark. Sad to see that at such a world known brand. Next time we go to a boutique store. I rather pay more for something where people work that actually like helping you...
