Nice selection of pastry and the staff was nice and spoke english. I bought 3 things. I didn't love the walnut filled cookie but that's just my preference. Rustic style of breads. Very good.

Opened by Helmut and Karin Gragger in 1997 in an old mill in Ansfelden near Linz is the story of Gragger Cie one of the new thinking modern practices, Helmut has given up a job in commercial baking to pursue a more natural course that blends on organic raw materials by hand and cooked in a wood stove. After Vienna, Helmut's handmade oven moved to Spiegelgasse 23, where it still burns daily, Gragger Cie enters the memories of the days where truck feed shelves and several baked goods are located, which fill the bags forward. Also socially disadvantaged persons with training at four locations, the service among the most friendly Viennas, began a tasting of Gragger's goods with a cheese filled viennoiserie with light sweetness before they drove with almonds and breadcrumbs on the crispy Zauner Klipferl. Also with almonds in a delightful cake, slightly sweetened and perfect with coffee, Gragger Cie Poppyseed Semolina Cake comes individually portioned and deeply nuanced, while the nut diffraction resembles Hungarian kifles from butter enriched dough to the bottom walnut filling.

Unfortunately, this bakery didn’t live up to the high Google rating. Everything looked appetizing, but what they call a croissant shouldn't be called that — it was an underbaked, sweet, soft pastry that had little in common with a real croissant. Inside, it was uncomfortably hot due to the working oven, and there was no restroom (not even a place to wash your hands). The bar stools looked uncomfortable. There are two small tables outside. Perhaps the bread here is good for takeaway, but I didn’t buy any, so I can't judge. The staff is quite friendly.
