He was a very accommodating employee that the Ritz immensely benefits from having under its staff. He was always kind, outgoing, and making sure we had every need. While requesting to transfer room due to loud noise, the guest services line failed to support and Matthew proactively called our room and personally carried our luggage to the new room. He’s a true Irishman to the core. Go raibh míle math agat, Matthew! The Ritz overall is a dream hotel, highly recommend. Thank you!!!!
