We had to wait to be let in even though they told us to be 15 min early. We were not allowed to have breakfast because we were not hotel guests. Thankfully a nice waiter let us have coffee. But really tacky. I’m a Marriot member and I just found this not relaxing.

We were escorted to a spacious room where we received a luxurious scrub, private steam, and massage, after which we got to enjoy drinks and fruit by the pool. The atmosphere was dreamy and relaxed, and the service was impeccable. We are still talking about our spa day at the Ritz Vienna!
