Colombo Restaurant & Pizzeria - Vienna

After a long day of walking around Vienna when we were just too tired and hungry, we found this fantastic restaurant blocks from the Hilton Vienna Plaza. Excellent service and the pizza and calzone were amazing. We were seated at the window next to...the pizza prep and were able to watch our dinner being made everything fresh. Dough was hand tossed with the veggies and meats all sliced fresh for each pizza. Even the leftovers for breakfast the next day were fantastic!

That was the nearest restaurant of our hotel, so we just stumbled at an evening to dinner. it was just about the clock, but the place was left. as we tried to order, we were surprised to learn that many of the dishes we wanted. for the day were finished as the young waiters us, including all pizzas in a restaurant called colombo pizzeria. we asked if they would close, but the waiter said they were open to a.m. that was really our concern to go, but we were very tired so that we ordered what was available and waited for our food. and waited, and waited, the waiter said that it was coming in minutes we were the only guests in the restaurant finally we left, minutes after the order made and went after others. actually this was on strange wise a good thing as we landed in life-builders, just a few minutes walk from there, which is one of the best restaurants I visited in a long time and colombo? I don't know how long it took to get the food. my recording after home was easy: when they were sitting in a pizzeria and said they were out of the pizza, they should go

Sehr leckeres Essen und Gastgeber, die sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bemühen. Einen Stern Abzug, weil die Preise schon recht hoch sind und man eigentlich zu den Hauptspeise Gerichten noch ein paar Beilagen wählen sollte. Summiert sich dann am Ende.

Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm und das Personal freundlich. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und es wirkt wie ein Familienbetrieb. Die Wartezeit auf das Essen ist angemessen und der Innenhof ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Essen ist lecker, auch wenn es nicht überragend ist. Insgesamt ein gutes Restaurant für ein entspanntes Mittag- oder Abendessen.

Die Bedienung war sehr nett, das Ambiente war angenehm und ruhig. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.
