CaffeCouture - Vienna

We stumbled by chance upon this coffee shop (i had to draw money and there was an ATM in the passage). Our orders were flat white and a cappuccino with an extra shot. The flat white was superb, strong, but not bitter. Later i also...tried the nitrogen coffee, which involves a whole different preparation process. Barista Julia explained the procedure (it involves cold brewed coffee that has been sitting for at least twelve hours, the nitrogen gives it a different texture). It came with ice and tasted fabulous,with a slight whisky undertone. All in all a great experience and a lovely barista. Highly recommended

Best coffee in Vienna. Tucked down a little alley, and very understated, this is a place for coffee lovers. The owner has won awards and been a finalist in global coffee competitions, and the love in making your coffee is amazing. This is my daily...coffee place.

This is one of the best coffee places in Vienna I know. Absolutely perfect brew. I had a cappuccino a croissant and it was wonderful. It's situated inn the Palais Ferstl Passage and so it's very calm and remote spot to enjoy a delicious...cup of coffee! Very friendly barista as well! I loved it there!

The coffee is nice. However, the staff are dismissive and it made for an unpleasant experience. When i pointed this out in a review, I received an aggressive message, full of contempt from the owner accusing me of lying. It's a very poor way to...run a business and plastering such unprofessional responses for future customers to see is misguided. Don't give your money to a company who cannot accept genuine feedback and clearly holds it's customers with such little regard.
