However, the staff are dismissive and it made for an unpleasant experience. When i pointed this out in a review, I received an aggressive message, full of contempt from the owner accusing me of lying. It's a very poor way to...run a business and plastering such unprofessional responses for future customers to see is misguided. Don't give your money to a company who cannot accept genuine feedback and clearly holds it's customers with such little regard.

And she had 2 of them,... read more My wife doesn 't like coffee. A good affogado a scoop of vanilla ice and a shot of ristretto, on the contrary, is something she fancies. And she had 2 of them, meaning: she loved it! I had a coffee Nitro , meaning cold coffee, shaken,...and pressure air. Special and refreshing!

Our orders were flat white and a cappuccino with an extra shot. The flat white was superb, strong, but not bitter. Later i also...tried the nitrogen coffee, which involves a whole different preparation process. Barista Julia explained the procedure (it involves cold brewed coffee that has been sitting for at least twelve hours, the nitrogen gives it a different texture). It came with ice and tasted fabulous,with a slight whisky undertone. All in all a great experience and a lovely barista. Highly recommended
