I wouldn't visit for the food but if you're looking for somewhere to grab a beer with friends you won't go wrong here.

Could not believe my eyes when I entered Cafe Bendl to buy a pack of smokes. Wurlitzer jukebox, beautiful people, ashtrays and a truly magnificent master of ceremony named Manfred. I rarely go to a bar since Moscow's legendary Hungry Duck closed down but I happily make an exception for Cafe Bendl. Thanks again, Manfred and colleagues, for creating a home away from home. Bruno
