As soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed help with anything and my phone was dying so I asked to use an outlet. I’m American and my charging brick obviously wouldn’t work so the cashier clerk gave me her portable charger. She was so sweet and helpful and made my day. This place has great vibes great yarn and nice plants it’s perfect!

I was searching for 3 skeins of the same lot and the woman got pissed at me because “that’s their job and I should have asked” when, from the beginning I was not attended or asked if I needed something, and I was also not having much of a trouble, I was just reading the tag of the first 3 skeins in line. She even pointed “look, this is a problem” and showed me a skein that had a treat out, from a color that was not even the one I was checking.

Other brands they stock are Sandnes garn, Cardiff, Ito, Pascuali, Kn... read more Great selection mainly of bigger brands and two yarns of their own one mohair and one wool. Other brands they stock are Sandnes garn, Cardiff, Ito, Pascuali, Knitting for Olive and Woolfolk to mention a few. They don’t hold all yarns from all brands but have the whole range of yarns from mohair, wool, sock, summer fibers, boucle and to crochete but maybe not wool from all brands. They have a wide selection of cashmere. I couldn’t see a single hand dyer or smaller brand, but I can be mistaken also. Accessories from Petiteknit, CocoKnits, Re:Designed, Minuk and the personell thought their needles were from Knitters Pride, I guess they mean KnitPro. Almost no books or patterns in English, only Dutch. The personell are nice and I didn’t need too much help. But they didn’t seem to knowledgeable or interested in the few questions I did have. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t need too much help, but it was a contrast to other yarn stores were we more often then not cannot stop talking about yarn and patterns.
