I really love their roasted chicken tacos, and absolutely love that you can replace meat for beans or delicious potatoes! The staff is also great and easy to make accommodation like no cheese and what not. If they make a mistake, there is no shock that they will restore it for you as long as you are not rude about it. This is the only Taco Bell that gets my iced tea order right. They actually asked if I wanted it sweetened or unsweetened. Highly recommended!
I really enjoy their roasted chicken tacos, and I particularly appreciate that you can substitute the meat for beans or tasty potatoes! The staff is fantastic and very accommodating, whether you want no cheese or other adjustments. If they make a mistake, they are more than happy to fix it for you, as long as you approach them kindly.
I encountered an issue with my Uber Eats order. I placed my order, and just before it was supposed to be delivered, I received a notification that Taco Bell had canceled it. I went in and spoke directly with Ulysses, who was professional, respectful, and incredibly helpful. He explained the process to me and clarified that my order had never been completed. Ulysses did an excellent job of resolving this troublesome situation, and I truly appreciate his assistance. He was fantastic!
