Ruth's Chris Steak House - Vienna

I have enjoyed Ruth’s Chris since childhood and I typically have an amazing experience no matter the location. This was only my second time at the Tysons location. The food was great but my male waiter put a 500 degree plate in front of my 2 year old. It made absolutely no sense for him to be that obtuse. Please start training staff on service. Please make sure they are thinking ahead and versed in multiple scenarios of dining experiences. This could have been tragic. I called him out and his ignorant “mansplanation” was, I don’t have children! We are all thankful for that because clearly they would be dead or severely injured!

Vienna: great service. Food good. No reservations-seated quickly.

There is no better steak restaurant! One of the few where I don't need steak sauce lol

Yeah, it's expensive, but it's gonna be the best steak they've ever had. we share the tomahawk ribeye, but couldn't even finish it. service was excellent, the brot was too good, and the baked potato changed my life.
