Welcomed when I walked in. It was my first time and one of the employees, Dale, asked if I wanted some recommendations. He made some great ones AND gave me a sample of each protein (above and beyond). Built an awesome power bowl and enjoyed every bite. Half way through my meal he came out and asked how it was or if I needed anything else. Incredible service, an excellent bowl, and perhaps the most delicious spicy bon... View all feedback.
What Nadja E doesn't like about Roll Play Grill:
For a restaurant that advertises on being healthy I can’t fathom why there is no nutritional calories information available online. They do have some charts in the restaurant so I took pictures and here they are. Other than that, and that the soda machine is out of service, and that they were out of a few bowls and the food is served cold it was ok. The spiced chicken has a good flavor and it’s not spicy, the beef ta... View all feedback.
Very kind, welcoming and they know how to keep a customer. They forgot my egg in my pho (regular human mistake), and they brought one to me along with 4 egg rolls 2 pork and 2 veggie. I advised that I don’t eat pork and they said they would fry 2 fresh veggie ones for me. I took the 2 they gave me initially and told them they don’t have to make the other two. Moral of the story this restaurant is amazing.
I would consider the spicy ox tail pho as a nice treat because although it had a delightful flavor, it was neither filling nor inexpensive.
I like to share my honesty and base my opinions on my experience in the food and beverage business as well as a management perspective. I placed this order well in advance for pick up at 12:15. Kind of not the ideal place to pick up orders during lunch hour if you work in the area. you can pull up for curbside but it 's a one-way w/limited spots in front. The only other option is to park in close by garage. Upon receiving my order, which came out quickly after calling their curbside phone number, i had left and noticed there aren 't any utensils or napkins in the bag. i called back immediately since i was driving and asked if i had selected no utensils option or if it was a mistake. the girl just responded that they are busy sometimes and skip over and miss that occasionally.. apologized (yes), and said they 'll be more careful for future customers. it just felt very nudged off and bypassed. i awkwardly just said Okay and let it be. In my opinion, a fast paced business like this should be used to making mindless mistakes and having a go-to process for creating repeat business. instead of brushing it off, you could have offered anything else. I think it is a bare minimum mistake and wasn 't going to be too upset about it considering i hadn 't tried the food yet. the food quality was sub par. compared to other Pho places in the area, (many competitors) this was not the best by far. The broth was served lukewarm. the shrimp was a bit overcooked, the herbs however were fresh and added flavor. The portion was okay, I felt kind of hungry upon finishing which is super abnormal for me and Pho. I really just think they were rushing on my order and it tasted like it and appeared that way (who wants to eat Pho with a regular fork spoon). I understand things happen but it was the way they handled it for me. Maybe my expectations were higher considering this place costing way higher than other competitors. I spent $20 and I feel like the best quality thing in the bowl was the egg. Try Teadm it 's the best Pho and boba place. Also, what viet style place does not have boba? Idk it just seems like this place isn 't authentic and it 's overly pricey and i think it 's to support their logo and boujie bag and bowl. wish i could have seen how your utensils look! cause that seems like what i paid for here...
I ordered items on Uber eat and it missing some items. But the food it’s ok
The spiced chicken has a good flavor and it’s not spicy, the beef tasted like soy sauce and the salmon was pretty good. I ordered the wraps and I didn’t love the texture, I think crisped would tasted better, but that’s a “me” problem. Prices are a little high for the quality. Despite all that, if I ever go back I’ll try a bowl.
