So it was my birthday and they offered me a free dessert. I got the cinnamon roll and it would have been awesome if it were warmed up. What J P doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Two of the last three times I ordered via the app my order was not correct. On top of that they moved the “Rapid Pickup” to behind the counter. Now I have to wait in line just to get my order. Kind of defeats the purpose of rapid pickup. Will no longer order from Panera. View all feedback.

I enjoy meeting friends to visit with during lunch and dinner at this Panera Bread. Food is good quality. Nice variety of foods on the menu. I highly recommend.
It's unfortunate that the butter is not softer for the bagels when you get it toasted and it would be much warmer as the butter would melt quickly it must be refrigerated when they provide it and not close to room
Grilled cheese was great and the bread hand Warner helped during this winter. Might order more for my other hand.
