Mcdonald's - Vienna

Can't say enough how much this McDonald 's hands down is the best I was. My daughter and 3 grandchildren went in yesterday and when we came close to the door, Gary came to keep it open for all of us, then immediately went to his station and took our order. While I had to do with a child, the toddler needed the bathroom so that the daughter was occupied, the Gary was friendly enough to bring napkins and ketchup to our table. When my daughter went to fill drinks Naomi offered. They brought us both our food and even got an extra toy for the baby as he didn't get happy food. They kept our area clean and made small conversations with us all asked if the child could have a baby ice cream membrane when they finished. As my daughter said, only if we thought they could not be nicer, would they do something outside their requirements literally, I was never better treated in an expensive restaurant. We caught the manager to let her know and chase her away again, how nice they even got us a copy of the receipt since we threw our first. Good work Vienna McDonald 's and employees especially Gary and Naomi You should have other franchises they have. Thank you.

A very good and friendly place to work. Everyone working with friendly and good people. Things are sometimes crazy and not everything goes right, and as hard as anyone tries, not every customer can be 100% of the time satisfied. But whatever goes wrong, people try to do it right.
