I frequently dine at Joe's Place and have never had any service problems. All I know is the food has gotten a lot better- they actually just came out with a new menu. I am a vegetarian and ordered the NEW Pesto Veggie Pasta with homemade walnut pesto. It was good and not oily this time. The service is friendly and overly helpful but not annoying. The owner died last year, so I think the new changes are taking time. View all feedback.
