Chick-fil-a - Vienna

Great customer service. I would like to see one come to belpre Ohio. it is much closer to me and others I know would love to have one built.

Easily one of my favorite places to eat. The service is always great along with the food. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because sometimes the waffle fries aren't all the way done when I get them. And when I ask for extra sauce on my order, I always have to ask again at the window because they don't do it when it's on the order.

It seems they’ve decided that we should no longer be able to order a large shake. But, they don’t tell you that when you order a large. They just wait til you pull around and hand you a small. When asked “is that a large?”, they actually have the gall to say “yes”.

Before moving to PKB, I was excited to learn there was a chick fil a in town. As a Georgia native, I'm proud of my chick-fil-a, but this one loses three stars for me as a loyal customer who enjoys using the app and avoids waiting in lines. This spot frequently has the curbside pickup closed. I get a craving for CFA at least every other week. At least a dozen times over the past six months, I have decided not to order food because the curbside pickup was closed with the app. Also, it just creates a more personal experience. I'd rather just eat at home.

Last 3 times Mac and cheese cup partially filled. No longer goldern brown filled to rim at least not on Wed night's. Not worth the price .
