Google mistakenly showed that I visited this restaurant, but I actually went straight to the smoke shop. I am leaving this review to clarify things and hopefully Google will stop asking. I was actually heading to Pizza Hut, not Pizza Hat. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
The manager at the Vidor restaurant on 8/2/22 during the evening shift provided the worst customer service experience of my life. It was so bad that I felt like I was intruding on their personal life. Hopefully, my complaints served as a wake-up call for them to address whatever issues they are facing. View all feedback.
Always fresh at the arrival. on big box hacked, offers cheesebread.
Pizza was delicious, hot and just as I had ordered it. It arrived in a timely fashion.
I paid for extra toppings on my pizza but didnt receive them I was disappointed ? but pizza was delicious overall

We have ordered pizza from you many times and never had an issue. Today we ordered pizza and pasta and I have to say it was the worst pizza that I have ever tasted! the sauce was just plain tomato sauce not pizza sauce. yes, there is a difference in taste. Our pizza was burnt and total waste of money. I hope that this will not be the norm for Pizza Hut. if so, I will not be back.
