Little Caesars Pizza - Vidor

A pizza that I got seemed to have no sauce and I ordered brothsticks with the sauce and did not receive it! I live an hour away from this place, so I can't just go back and let them repair! very disappointing!

Went in and placed my order. There was another customer before me who was very unhappy about his pizza not being ready after a 45 minute wait. After watching several people complain about their orders not being ready, I watched their staff of about 6 workers, NOT one of them had gloves on while making pizzas, even after making change for the paying customers. After I saw this going on, I figured that I would pass on having pizza. from this business. This location is in serious need of real leadership for the staff I seen and their work ethic’s are terrible.

I think they need to hire more people so that at least one of them can answer the phone. I've had a lot of trouble with getting anyone to answer when I call. That's not good for business when it gets so busy that they can't answer the phone.

Busy place I don’t think people realize how many customers this place serves sometimes I may wait a couple extra minutes but my pizza is correct, and they seemed to be hard workersMistakes get made they honor them!! We will be back

The last couple of times that I have been here they didn't have any hot and ready pizzas so I had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook one. The employees here have always been very polite and helpful.
