Sonic Drive-in - Vidalia

I am writing this review based on the service I experienced at this restaurant. I placed an order using the Sonic app but never received it. When I inquired with a server, they told me my order had never been checked. Despite providing details of my order and stall number, they were unable to locate it. The manager refused to replace my order with a fresh one, citing the policy that app orders cannot be replaced or refunded after a certain time. While I understand this policy, I was disappointed by the lack of concern for the mistake. I contacted Sonic's customer service, who promptly refunded me and were very friendly. Everyone makes mistakes, both humans and computers, so I will still go back to Sonic in the future, but not to this location.

At times, communication can be a bit challenging, but the restaurant serves delicious food and values tips from customers.

The burger was greasy, with fat dripping from every bite. I ordered it with extra toppings.

The guy who took my order did a great job the food came out quick. the problem is , sonic commercials are great and their food is Always disappointing.

Love the Iced mocha blast and cherry slush...it's our go to pick me every afternoon!
