What User doesn't like about Ruby Tuesday:
This is the second time I’ve visited this restaurant in six months, and the service has been disappointing once again. I’ll focus on this recent experience. We sat down and then waited for twenty minutes without anyone taking our drink order or even acknowledging our presence (and I’m not exaggerating). Our experience was a complete disaster! The only bright spot was our server, who was truly wonderful. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time to be seated, and there was no one available to assist us. Although the restaurant wasn't crowded, the bartender mentioned that they were backed up in the kitchen. Once we were finally seated, there was only one waitress working, but she was great. She was very polite and professional, and I really felt for her given the circumstances. If it weren't for her, I would have given them just one star. They really need to improve!
I had a delightful dinner experience at this restaurant. The food was quite good, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The standout was definitely the Salad Bar, which I highly recommend. The service was impeccable, receiving a perfect 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was pleasant too, rating a 4 out of 5. Overall, it’s a great spot for a casual dining experience without breaking the bank!
We had crab and steak, steak was ok, but the crab was dry and shriveled in the shell like it was cooked then left to cool then cooked again, we'll never go back. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
