Bad experience. we are on vacation with my family and we toured the place, when we found this restaurant, there were 7 of or and when we arrived it was empty, and with space for o, however they took or to the patio of this place and from there, the experience was horrible, it was all dirty. the young lady who attended o, very friendly and nothing to say about her, took our order; and here the problems continued, my sister asked for a vegetarian dish and i pomegranate beans, they invented my sister's dish because it didn't exist on the menu and when my food arrived it was still frozen and with a sour smell. the change is requested because it was impossible to eat, to which they bring me this chicken with fries, too greasy and black, giving the impression that they did not even clean the iron, apart from ketchup was requested and a hair came out on it, jot gross. not forgetting the dirty cutlery and glasses that we had to clean ourselves with alcohol gel. we ask to speak with the manager, (who had a terrible hygiene) to resolve this situation, to which he responds in an arrogant way, as if it were our fault that his food was bad. terrible place, i do not recommend it, we waited almost 2 hours and 30 minutes for a poorly prepared meal and prices nothing to do with the service provided, a robbery. Lamentablemente tuve una mala experiencia, los platos no estaban acorde al valor, la palta nunca fue rellena, la presentación horrible, solo montaron lechugas enteras y el pollo parecía lámina de cesina. No se dejen engañar aquí no vale la pena comer.
Lamentablemente tuvimos una pésima experiencia en este lugar. Si bien al entrar nos dijeron q había una espera de 30 minutos, ya que con la pandemia había gente haciendo fila, terminamos esperando mas de 1 hora para q nos atendieran. Cuando finalmente nos vinieron a tomar el pedido nos trajeron solo las bebidas y tuvimos que esperar 1 hora más por la comida que ni siquiera era lo que decía la carta. El chef y dueño además tuvo una pésima actitud lo que hizo la experiencia aún mas desagradable. Los vasos estaban muy sucios, incluso uno de los vasos q trajeron tenía como levadura al fondo que le daba un pésimo olor.
