What Sofía Gómez doesn't like about Antuan:
first time.. but choclo cake recocido and dry. I think I had at least 2 days... small barn and I imagine the kitchen the same... with the busy tables the attention is complicated and they take too long... the menu was well-coasted and the Italian slip... it's the only thing... and the rest just sandwich... maybe it was a bad choice. Concuerdo con otros comentarios, pastel de choclo se sirvió frío y reseco, probablemente añejo. No lo recomiendo.
