Ahhhhhh! The amazing Krispy Kreme! Who can resist em?! I'm not even the biggest donut fan and their glazed donuts are the best glazed donuts, EVER! The way they just melt in your mouth!!! If you have some leftover from a day or 2 prior, just pop them in the microwave for a few seconds to give them a refresh. I remember wishing we had a store up here in the HD and now we've been spoiled awhile. I also love that the st... View all feedback.
What Heather doesn't like about Krispy Kreme:
Waited inside lobby 10 minutes no service. Was told once when I walked in they would be with in a minute. After that just stood around and wiped something down, one walked to the back laughed loudly then walked to the door again laughed then left. I walked out. Saw 4 cars in drive through one backed out and left. Terrible service, seems like the hire the lazy people to work. Sad because the donuts are not cheap at al... View all feedback.
Never got the massive hype when Krispy Kreme Doughnuts was at it 's peak (early mid aughts) but that 's simply because I hadn 't yet tried their products. And after I 'd finally gotten around to doing so, while I certainly DID get it LIKED them, until recently, I 'd never actually went out and bought any..... until recently. Happened upon their site a few months back, when researching reviews for nearby doughnut shops, as the wife kids had a craving asked if I could go pick up a dozen somewhere. Saw they had a promotion/sale, so decided to take advantage. Wound up registering for their 'Rewards Program ', as well, I downloading the app. I appreciate a good offer/sale Krispy Kreme does not disappoint, in their frequent offerings. I 've only ever purchased from my local Victorville, CA location can 't see going anywhere else. The place is ALWAYS SPOTLESS/CLEAN, the staff is ALWAYS helpful, courteous fast at tending to customers helping us get on our way. Given the current pandemic/COVID situation, I also (VERY MUCH) appreciate the safety protocols they have set in place (as well, the prevalent signage they have displayed) which, imho, clearly demonstrates their awareness/mindfulness and commitment to doing their part in protecting both, their customers and staff, (which, to me, is of MASSIVE importance). While I, PERSONALLY, feel said protocols to be effective, by comparison, their not as intrusive nor as limiting (and thus, inconvenient) as other businesses (such as my bank, who 's name I 'll not specifically reference, but I feel has gone overboard in their practices/implemented protocols, to the point that, in addition to making it nearly impossible for me to actually visit during new, limited business hours....and, even on the rare occasion I am able, I simply don 't want to as, between the RIDICULOUSNESS of said protocols, the fact that ANY/ALL transactions I need to see a teller for tend to take FOR E VER and the fact that I feel like I 'm actually put at a significantly higher risk of exposure, while lined up with ALL of the other customers like cattle for what is ALWAYS an obscenely EXTENDED period of time.....but, that 's just mho because of that, my hat 's off to Krispy Kreme for their more accessible, but equally if not BETTER approach to limiting the spread of COVID). So, a DEFINITE 5 STARS to my local Victorville, CA Krispy Kreme store!
The donuts were yummy but they had no chocolate bars boooo!
The kindest customer service people I've ever come across.
The best experience that I ever had in my life in terms of donuts.... Fresh and soft glassed traditional donuts. Don't waste time and go ahead!!
It took them a while to even greet us. The poor guy on the drive thru was just learning and the other two persons in the back just stared at us so weird. Any ways we got a dozen glazed and didn't really have the chocolate icecream ones. That's exactly why we had gone in. But my son decided to try the orange cream smoothie and the guys from the drive-thru had to make it had no idea how to do it the girl from the back and said which milk he had to use seemed like she know and didn't bother to show him. We ordered a regular we received a small. And it just tasted like milk nothing else had no color like the picture on the menu. It also had chuncks of ice in it and was hard to drink out of it.. they need to train the employees better to at least acknowledge the customers and know what to so. Or if someone needs help and someone else knows to explain or show them at that time. This trip was definitely a disaster.
